MIZUNO RELEASE SUSTAINABLY-SOURCED SNEAKER PACK

A new sneaker pack made of sustainable materials was released (14 Oct) by Japanese sportswear brand Mizuno following its collaborations with 24Karats, Footpatrol, and Hajime Sorayama. Three of Mizuno’s most recognisable silhouettes are featured.

The “Undyed Pack” sneakers, which are the latest in Mizuno’s trail-ready Kizuna series, are meant to emphasise the two people’s similar perspectives on community. The next trilogy has contemporary silhouettes like the Contender S and City Wind shoes alongside the 1993 Sky Medal S, which is enhanced by shades of light brown and pale blue.

For sustainable delivery, materials are offered in their natural state. They are all jointly crafted with plush suede overlays, tough canvas underpinnings, gum soles, and cork medial “Enso” logos. The latter highlights their shared appreciation for outdoor spaces while showcasing the beauty that raw materials emanate. The organic appearance and feel of the collection are created by cork and gum rubber.

UK merchants including Flannels, Wellgosh, and others, will start selling the Mizuno “Undyed Pack.” The collection is priced between £105 and £120 GBP, or between $117 and $134 USD.
